1. Acceptance

By creating a HeyDenta account or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use it

HeyDenta is built for licensed dental clinics operating in the Philippines and their patients. You must be 18+ or a licensed dental professional acting on behalf of a clinic to create an account.

3. What you're agreeing to (clinics)

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of clinic info, procedure pricing, and patient records you enter
  • You hold the medical licenses + permits required to operate a dental practice in your jurisdiction
  • You will obtain patient consent before importing their contact info or messaging them via HeyDenta
  • You will not use HeyDenta to spam, deceive, or send messages outside the dental services context
  • Twilio, Meta, and other downstream provider fees pass through to you
  • Your plan tier must match the number of dentists practicing under your account. Each licensed dentist who sees patients, is scheduled, or has appointments booked counts as a billable dentist, whether or not they have their own login (Solo = 1 dentist, Clinic = 2-3 dentists, Multi = 2+ locations). You agree to declare all practicing dentists and to add a seat or upgrade your plan at the current published rate when a dentist is added; one seat may not be shared across multiple dentists

4. What you're agreeing to (patients)

  • Information you provide via /intake or messaging is shared with the clinic you're contacting
  • Aria, the AI assistant, is not a medical professional — clinical decisions are made by your dentist
  • You can opt out of automated reminders by replying STOP to any SMS / WA message

5. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Meta, Twilio) can cause downtime.

6. Pricing

HeyDenta offers a 14-day free trial. Pricing post-trial is published on the website and shown in your dashboard. Your tier reflects the number of practicing dentists and locations; adding a dentist or branch requires a matching plan change. Cancel anytime; data export available for 30 days after cancellation.

7. AI replies (Aria)

Aria is powered by OpenAI's language models. Replies are generated based on your clinic's profile, products, and prompt. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy. Clinically significant questions are escalated to your team. You're responsible for reviewing escalated messages within reasonable time.

8. Liability

HeyDenta is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or AI hallucinations beyond the monthly subscription fee.

9. Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms (spam, fraud, illegal use). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

10. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify u via dashboard banner of material changes. Continued use after 30 days = acceptance.
