How to have your data deleted from HeyDenta.
HeyDenta is a clinic management assistant used by dental clinics. We process two kinds of data: the clinic's own account data, and conversations patients have with a clinic's AI assistant (Aria) over web chat, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram.
To have your conversation history and any details you shared deleted, email hello@heydenta.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," including the clinic you contacted and the Facebook/Instagram name or phone number you used. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can delete individual patient records from your dashboard at any time, or email hello@heydenta.com to request deletion of your entire clinic account and all associated data. Account deletions are completed within 30 days.
If you contacted a clinic via Facebook Messenger or Instagram and want the data HeyDenta stored from that conversation removed, email hello@heydenta.com. We delete the requested data within 30 days.
